The mission of the Applied Chaos Lab is two fold:
- To apply nonlinear techniques to study different systems and to improve our understanding of them.
- To introduce different applications for chaotic dynamics.
Over the past two and half decades, the Applied Chaos Lab’s research has introduced in many ground breaking results. ACL has studied human’s brain and cardiovascular systems using nonlinear techniques and discovered nonlinear phenomenons such as chaos and has introduced nonlinear techniques to control this chaos. ACL has studied Epilepsy disorder and utilized nonlinear techniques to crack down the dynamical origins of this disorder. ACL has introduced a series of novel engineering applications for nonlinear dynamics. Chaos computing
