Tutoring:
The Society of Physics Students is partnering with the department to begin a formal tutoring program. Tutoring will be offered for PY 202 for the remainder of the year and will be expanded to PY 201, PY 202, PY 203, and PY 411 in the next academic year. If you are interested in being a tutor in this program, please fill out this application and return to Dr. Blondin in the Main Physics office before Friday, March 23rd. If you have any questions, please contact Mary Burkey (mtburkey@ncsu.edu).
The program will consist of drop in sessions at a predetermined location from 3 to 5 Monday through Thursday. Wages are $10 an hour. Also, if you are willing, the 202 students will have access to your contact information to schedule other times if need be. If you become a tutor this year, you will be allowed to continue in the fall if desired.
